高晓余，男，1985年生，中共党员，博士毕业于吉林大学，副研究员，硕导，现就职于云南农业大学食品科学技术学院，2022年获得云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才称号，并获得科研项目支持，主要从事特色食药资源的健康功效研究。目前承担食品科技学院《食品毒理学》、《食品生物化学》等课程的教学工作。主持（或参与）国家自然科学基金、云南省基础研究项目、云南省重大科技专项等国家和省部级项目10余项；在国内外学术期刊上发表研究性论文40余篇，其中SCI/EI收录论文25篇（TOP期刊论文9篇）；在食药资源开发与利用领域累计申请专利11项，目前已授权发明专利4项。获得2024年度云南省科技进步特等奖1项。
