杨瑞娟 副研究员

杨瑞娟,博士,副研究员。评茶技师,茶艺技师,咖啡师,国际科技特派员。主要从事茶叶、咖啡等云南特色资源微生物发酵工作。获云南省科技进步奖特等奖1项,云南省农业技术推广奖二等奖1项,云南省普洱市科学技术进步奖一等奖2项,获“普洱茶科研创新奖”集体奖项1个。先后发表论文60余篇,参编书籍5。获授权专利10余项,参与制定标准3项。主持参与科研项目30余项。承担本科生《食品微生物》、《食品卫生检验》、《食品安全监督管理学》、《食品质量与安全》、《咖啡密码》和研究生《食品化学》等专业课程。《农产品加工》杂志首届青年编委。工信部“茶录传承”茶王大赛专家。

获奖:

云南省人民政府颁发的“科学技术进步奖特等奖”《普洱茶产业关键技术创新与应用》;云南省农业厅颁发的“云南省农业技术推广奖二等奖”《红茶加工数控技术与推广》;普洱市人民政府颁发的“科学技术进步奖一等奖”《普洱茶(熟茶)自动化发酵技术研究》和《咖啡豆标准化、自动化、清洁化初加工关键技术研发》两项。
