葛云飞 博士 硕士生导师,毕业于韩国江陵原州大学。主要研究方向为天然产物功效研究与功能食品创新研发等。主持地厅级项目、云南省外专项目及校企横向等项目3项。目前在International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Food chemistry X,Journal of Functional Foods, Journal of The Science of Food and Agriculture以及《食品科学》等国内外学术期刊发表论文20余篇。发表SCI论文15篇,其中以第一作者发表二区以上论文共计7篇(TOP期刊共计4篇);共同第一作者发表SCI论文5篇,其中一区top 2篇,二区3篇。
